"I had the same bad experience as the other two customers. Went to return the item as we opened the package for the phone case it was chipped we went back - immediately to return the item. The manager was so rude she did not want to return the item. The receipt does not carry a return policy. She asked for my drivers licence which not required when returning goods. Do shop at this location you will be disappointed."

"I had a terrible experience there recently. I paid with cash, but I was preoccupied with my kids and walked out the store without noticing that the manager hadn't given me my change back. I came back once I realized, probably 10 mins later, only to have the manager adamantly say she had given me the money then say I'd spent the money, and end with saying I must have dropped it outside. Now, I realize it's hard to take my word, but that's why they have cameras (which she said she didn't have time to check). She finally have me my change, after realizing she wasn't going to get rid of me without definitive proof, while saying not to lose it this time. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a lot of money but it was the principle after her rude attitude. Needless to say, I won't be darkening their door again."
