"Amazing place to learn Jiu-Jitsu, its something I've always want to do but was nervous because a close friend of mine had an injury when starting out. I love that here you are required to complete a certain number of classes and demonstrate mastery of certain skills before you are able to live "roll/spar". I also love the structured curriculum - super well thought out and great for busy adults. Have spent considerable time with coaches Kyle and Amanda in private lessons and can say they are both amazing coaches and truly love the sport and do a great job sharing their knowledge!"
