"This store is great. We went in for a few things and ended up buying many. The kids' section has so many of my son's favorite books. Big shoutout to Jessica for being so friendly and patient!"
"Not clear to me why the signage above the door indicates bookseller when, in fact, B&N has transformed to a low rent toy store with a scattering of books. Bookshelves barely stocked; much of the space filled in with cardboard boxes and front facing books. Anemic selection, much of which panders to the lowest common denominator. ZERO books covering Goethe and half a shelf dedicated to Courtney Peppernell?! Trying to create the illusion of a commitment of shelf space to fiction by cleverly placing all the Steven King in the fiction section vs. in the horror genre section (of which I am a fan). Remove the King out of the fiction section and you loose almost an entire bookcase. perhaps B&N ran out of cardboard boxes. I suppose you might tell me that if I am actually looking for a quality and varied selection I should shop on line. Fair enough given it is obvious the only factor that determines which products B&N gives shelf / floor space to are those that provide X GP. Cheap toys and tacky home decor are winning the day. How long will this sustain the physical retail space? How long until B&N is only a brand relegated to airport terminals and the occasional online purchase that Amazon somehow failed to win? No worries, for every failed B&N store there is a Spirit Halloween and cannabis dispensary ready to go. Bread and circuses / chicken and egg. Absolutely pathetic and deeply sad."
"Clean, neat. They didn’t have in store the type of books I wanted however they did offer to order them. Helpful staff at the information desk. Register person was ok. Waited for the register longer than necessary though. Starbucks girl friendly and made my friends super complicated drink to perfection."
"Bright, clean and peaceful place. I wish they add those comfortable private seating spaces. What they have is fair. Toilets needs special attention. Thank you"
"Not just books anymore but they have about 1/3 of the store dedicated to toys, puzzles and collectibles. It’s nice for the kids to look through while you’re trying to look for other books or even do a little Christmas shopping while you’re there. Starbucks I’m the front corner is also a nice option that is pretty typical in these stores."
