Outback Steakhouse 450 Montgomery Mall, North Wales, PA 19454

"10 of us ate dinner here Saturday night. We ordered 4 appetizers and meals. Our waiter never returned after our initial order. We had to go to the bar for drink refills. The guy who brought our food didn't take away the dirty appetizer dishes. We had plates and sauces piled high. I finally asked him to remove them and he took one stack. We were left to dine in what little space was left. The menu had a great looking ribeye burger that I ordered. I was given the French dip and by the time a realized their mistake, no one ever returned and I couldn't get anyone else's attention. At the end our waiter showed back up with the bill and asked how everything was. It was a little late by then. My wife's salad was also wrong but she caught it in time to tell the guy that brought our food. Outback has good food and they were very busy but there is no excuse for this poor of service."

"Family dinner for my son's birthday. The woman who served us was awesome! Didn't get her name (I'll call her Lady A.. for Aquafina) but she was fantastic. Lady A had great character, funny, knowledgeable of the menu... Food was good. Not a long wait time. Good times."

"My family of 4 went to dinner at Outback in Montgomeryville on a Thursday evening. We arrived right before 7 pm. We did have to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, but that was not bad. Our server was super friendly, personable, and efficient. The food was delicious. I adore the cactus blossom as an appetizer, and the bread is delicious. I had the Bloomin' Chicken with a sweet potato and seasonal vegetables. Everything was fantastic. I saved room to finally try a dessert. I had the carmel cookie skillet. It was excellent. We love the warm atmosphere and open airiness of the dining area. There is handicapped parking available, and the restaurant is handicapped accessible. The women's handicapped restroom even has a sink in the stall and is more than large enough for my electric wheelchair. We love dining here."
