"1/2024: Update - 2 months later- absolutely nothing has changed. DO NOT use this pharmacy if you ever need to speak to someone directly. It’s been 5 full days of trying to reach the pharmacist bc they’re holding my meds hostage at this point by not responding to the phone. Trying to transfer my care immediately bc this place is dangerous. 11/2023: Needed to speak to pharmacy urgently about a medication I needed asap and they hung up on me multiple times without ever answering. Never got to speak to anyone. When I’m at the counter I watch staff completely ignore the phone- unbelievably frustrating"

"The single worst customer service experience I have ever endured. The pharmacy staff is ignorant (including the actual pharmacists), and their ability to deliver a prescription within anything resembling a reasonable timeframe is non-existent. I cannot strongly enough urge people to consider a locally owned pharmacy as opposed to this juggernaut who forgot their core mission and values. It’s actually laughable how much this company has dropped since deciding to enter every other suspect of healthcare."

"I was just there with my husband and two year old looking for a walker for my disabled grandmother and the young women manger “pale with black straight hair at least 15 years younger than me” and I am 34, she started to verbally attack my husband and I for trying out the walkers right in front of the walker section. No signs mentioning “display only” it wasn’t tied down or anything, clearly put together for a customer to try them. It was so uncalled for and so unprofessional I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She started to talk really nasty to the poor young boy coworker because she couldn’t lift it above her head after ripping out of my husband’s hands when he was putting it back. I couldn’t believe how rude that person is and how a manager is able to get away with acting so unhinged. This all happened after she couldn’t even handle a return properly. This woman should be fired."

"Minute clinic appointment was good. Pharmacy is inefficient and wasted my time. I waited over an hour for a basic rx of amoxicillin - common meds. They said it would take 20 min. Over an hour later they said they were "out of the medication and would be resupplied the next day." They couldn't have told me that earlier? Not only did they waste my time, but now I have to come back another day rx."
