"Edit on my review: Jonathan informed me that first day when he conducted the audit that I could make payments in installments-- which is why I even considered from the beginning replacing the water pump which was still functional. Spoke with him yesterday when he came to my home to do a follow-up, and another lady in the office last week about setting up this payment plan. None of them informed me that wasn't an option. Today I get a call and another lady tells me that the company doesn't do that, they only have a 3rd party option, which I'd have to apply for, but that would've needed to be set up prior to them doing the work. If I had known about this, I never would've gone for the option of adding a new water heater to the work, because that wasn't in my immediate budget. This is incredibly shady because I've been very transparent about wanting to pay in installments. ************** Jonathan performed an energy audit in my home in December and identified the reason for the freezing cold winters and incredibly hot summers since I purchased my home a little over a year ago. The insulation was taken out when rodent droppings were found up in the attic during the inspection and unfortunately wasn’t put back after the extermination was completed. The team came to install blow insulation and replaced my ancient water pump with a new water heater. Everything was done professionally and the crew cleaned up after they finished. Definitely recommend."

"We had blown insulation installed in our attic. The old insulation was removed, a house fan in the hall had to be removed and a new attic access created in its place. The work was completed very professionally and our home was cleaned up each day after work was completed and left like they were not even there. Highly recommend this company for any work/services they offer. The crew that came out were professional and personable. Pleasant experience and was worth the money."

"Great team! I had work done in my attic and crawl space to address high humidity in the house. It was a pleasure dealing with Complete Home Solutions from start to finish. James performed an energy audit and explained the results and recommendations to make the house more comfortable. He followed up as promised to check on my decision on how to proceed. He was always courteous and professional. Brad and Logan also did a fantastic job and kept me informed of their progress and showed me lots of photos of the work that was done. Great job!"

"This team was great & professional, Ben was very knowledgeable & let me know the layout of how things would go. Brad is the best, he goes above and beyond. When he noticed my chimney cap had a hole in it, he taped it up until I can get someone out here to fix it. They left the areas they worked in clean. I feel a difference in the temperature upstairs during the day after the insulation. My only concern is that I have to still run a space heater at night and my home doesn't reach the past 67 at night which is disappointing because I stated that was one of my main issues along with downstairs. Overall the team was good & I would recommend them."

"Fantastic company. They are punctual, professional, affordable and do a great job. I had some wood fungi growing underneath the subfloor and joists and they took care of it by spraying fungicide throughout the whole crawlspace. They then encapsulated my crawl space. There was only 20 inches of clearance, 16 inches in some areas, but they still got it done! They even made a custom, insulated door for the entrance of my crawl space. They did a a great job on everything. I just had them come back to put in an Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier in my crawl space. Allen was punctual, professional did a great job at an affordable price."
