"We just had our master bathroom remodeled by 7th State Builders and I cannot sing their praises enough. After doing a ton of research of remodelers in the area, I decided to go with 7th State Builders based on their great reviews and they did not disappoint. From the first interaction with Chase and Mike, we were very impressed by their professionalism and their ideas. I wasn’t sure exactly how we wanted to arrange everything in our bathroom, but I had a general idea of what I was looking to do. They were very receptive to my ideas and really made them happen. A few weeks later we started the remodel and they sent us Nelson and Elmer. Two great talented guys. Always timely, very nice, professional, great communication and awesome working around my toddler, dog and myself who were home most of the time. They always made sure to clean up everyday and made sure not to make a mess through our home. They came almost everyday for a few weeks and even asked if they could work on a few Saturdays, which I really appreciated. In the final weeks, we were sent Luis and his partner who were also amazing. He built me a custom vanity, which I love and turned out exactly how I imagined it! Zac, our project manager, did a wonderful job of coming by and checking out the progress and keeping me in the loop of what was going on also. If there was anything I was slightly not liking, they were eager and willing to fix it and they did and it turned out beautiful. They also recommend we use Ward Ceramics for our countertop. Small local business and great to work with as well as Economy Glass for our shower and mirrors. All around a great experience and I would definitely use them all again for any future projects. "This company and its people are fantastic. Over the last three years they have redone our primary bedroom and bathroom, completely reconfigured/renovated our living room, dining room and kitchen and built an amazing deck onto our house. Keith and Ashley each demonstrated great creativity and patience in their ability to ‘see’ our somewhat out of the norm vision and then create it. The on site crews were unfailingly talented, friendly, trustworthy. We highly recommend them and look forward to doing more with them in the future."

"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. I’ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th State’s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didn’t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. Not only did they do an amazing job but you can tell this is their passion. The little touches they put on everything are amazing. The details they put in set them apart from the rest. On every area of this project they went above and beyond. The transition of starting another area after the completion of another was seamless. Once they had completed our deck they immediately came in and started working on our patio, and so on. They did not miss a beat. When you are working with 7th State you are truly working with the best in the area. We will use them again in the future and we recommend them to anyone that wants true quality and a modern take on what you are looking to do. There’s nothing they can’t do! "7th State Builders installed the most beautiful two-story composite deck in my backyard. Despite the winter weather challenges with snow, ice, and cold temps, they were able to complete the deck in a reasonably short period. Chase, Ashley, Nick, and Doug were ultimate professionals and were excellent communicators. They kept me and my wife informed daily during the entire project from submitting the permit request, delivering supplies, to completing the final touches to the building process. 7th State craftsmen and construction personnel began work early each morning and worked until dark. This company is top-notch, utilizes quality building techniques, and never cuts corners. They are all about ensuring customer satisfaction. We plan to use them again for future projects."
