"DO NOT USE RVC!!! Jim is not responsive at all!! I used him through Lowes and not even a year later and my deck is coming loose, my gate won’t open and several of my pieces of vinyl fencing don’t link together properly. Lowes has reached out to him several times. He states he’s come out here but he hasn’t. I’ve reached out to him several times directly and he won’t respond it’s been MONTHS of trying to get this fixed!!! I’m hoping this gets his attention."
