"Customer Service.... There was none. Very 1st time in this store. No one greeted me even though there were 3 cashiers at the register! Atmosphere was VERY cold as I found my way to my size boots. I just left as there was no need to spend any cash here PLUS selections were blah or non-existent. Selection.... Didn't have but one pair of Tall White cowboy boots to choose from so not a big selection at all. And, in my opinion, a lot of the women's boots look like boots a child/teenager would wear -- nothing really sassy or sexy to me, even though the reason I came all the way out there was because of a recent picture of some Tall White sexy cowboy boots I really wanted to buy (or something similar). I mean, I was ready to drop some $$$ on some tall, sexy cowgirl boots! Waste of time at this location but I'm willing to go to a different location to see if they have some better choices and friendlier, more inviting and willing to help staff. I always shop in this area and have had no problem with anyone in any other stores except this one…. They are definitely bringing down the “friendliness” in the neighborhood."
