"Clerk wasn’t friendly at all and barely helped. Then when I checked out and asked about the items being on sale she said they didn’t count. *after* charging my card she said “oh I should have given you the 20% new customer discount”. Uh, thanks? Would have saved $30. That’s quite a bit."

"It is great product, but I feel disappointed with the service in Pentagon location. Lady just kept repeating, that they are not able to do the refund after 30 days, without giving me any alternative (store credit, exchange). She can hear just herself. She literally didnt want to hear anything. Our confirmation lasted 30 seconds, when she kept repeating the same words. I walked away from the store feeling so frustrated"
