"The food is great most of the time. My kid complains the Mac and cheese(Kraft) is burnt and hard sometimes. Not sure how they manage that. My fiance has tried multiple things and it’s a fan. The service. It’s literally awful. Every single time. The service is so pitiful, everywhere the service is junk anymore but this place is literally the worst of all the places we go. Wait forever for someone to come over. Wait forever for them to take our order. Forever for refills."

"It's a great place to hang out, and parents can gamble below. They have live bands and events that are also tied into the casino. Basically, it is your best overall sports bar with multiple pay per channels."

"Everything I've gotten here is delicious. The Italian sub was great with quality meat and great taste. Giant pretzel never disappoints. Got the arancini appetizer and it was delicious. The nachos appetizer was yummy as well and was a large portion."

"Came up the back entrance and sat down at a table as no one was there to direct us after we had our IDs checked. The manager came and dropped off menus and stated that we were supposed to be seated by someone. We didn't know as the security that checked our IDs never mentioned anything. He left and said the waitress would be with us. After waiting longer we left and went to the cowboy bar and got drinks. Later we came back through the front door where there was a sign at the hostess table stating to have a seat and a bartender/waitress would be with you. We played some games then sat down to watch the fight on TV. Sat there for over half the fight and not one person checked on us or asked if we needed anything. Needless to say we finished watching the game and left. Can't comment on the food as we never had the opportunity to try it."
