"I ordered an iced coffee with whole milk. They didn’t understand the order and gave me a venti sized cup with nothing but milk in it. Not even one drop of coffee. I guess they thought I meant a whole cup of milk?? They were so confused when I asked them to remake it. I told them there is no coffee in this and they could not understand that I wanted iced coffee with whole milk and not a whole cup of milk. I would never give a place one star after one mishap. There are lots of things, but I had to post because it was by far the worst. An entire venti sized cup of whole milk went down the drain because the workers can’t read."
