"Mac and cheese was cold. Steak was extremely thin and over cooked. Ranch dressing was sour/expired. Servers were (visibly infront of us) flipping coins to see who "had to take our table." Service was slow even though there were not many customers. Hostess ignored us at the counter while we were waiting to pay, until we verbally asked if she could help us. I have worked in the food service industry for over 15 years. I can tell when service is lacking due to being busy vs poor service in general. This is overall bad service from all the staff."

"My niece and her husband ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner for 10. I Must say it was top notch. All the food was delicious and you'd never know it was all reheated. Made many of us rethinking about going through all the hassle to cook that much at home when we can just buy it already prepared. Thank you for a beautifully prepared meal!"
