"I am an APWU Health Plan customer who is infuriated about the inability to speak with anyone or get the information I need to fight a collections action and upcoming court case with a collection agency. APWU denied a claim for ambiguous reasons and I have refused to pay out-of-posket for a claim that should have been paid by APWU Health Plan."
"I have kidney cancer- high grade cancer cells- my Dr. &radiologist seen new suspicious lesions on my spine. They asked for pre certification for an mri and repeatedly they denied it. They kept asking for more information.They use that phrase to cover themselves from lawsuits. My Dr. kept sending as much information that he had. They still denied it. I loved this insurance for the last 15yrs. They use EvCore now for their review board. No longer would recomend this insurance!!! RUN RUN RUN!"
