"Didn't get what I order . Package was not marked. Roast look like a steak . I wanted my bones didn't get them. I asked for my liver they charge me for it didn't get it. Took almost 3 weeks just to get my meat back. Didn't order stew meat but I got some. Very unhappy Honest don't think I got all my meat back . . I will never take meat there again to be cut up. I don't think they know how to cut up meat ."
"We bought 1/4 beef from them 3 times, 1st two times went okay. 3rd time all my sirloin steak packs were actually round steak. Not to happy about that so I imagine we’ll get our beef somewhere else."
"Bought half a cow that was processed at Dixon Meats. The packaging was great, but every cut has bone dust left on it from butchering. Even the ground beef has bone dust in it. The cuts are sloppy and the steaks have very inconsistent thickness. Some steaks are .75 inch in one spot and 1.25 inches in another, resulting in uneven cooking. Overall extremely disappointed in the quality of work done. They turned a great cow into expensive dog food."
"Bought 1/4 cow in 2020. All the cuts were vacuum packed. Every cut was top-of-the-line in taste."
"I bought 3/4 of a cow in April of 2018 and Dixon meats was used to process the meat. I received a call from them yesterday after 3 years that they finally found the remaining 100 or so pounds of meat that they did not realize they had from my order. Over 3 years!!! I questioned them about the weight at the time of the order and I was assured multiple times they had no more meat in their freezer for me. Now they expect me to take meat that is 3 years old and be happy. No refund, no replacement for their mistake. Their solution, is that I should have complained to them more at the time…. Pitiful business. Absolutely do not trust them. They ruined a few hundred dollars of meat and I am left to deal with their ineptitude."
