"Services received from DJ Moving Pros have been excellent. My brother who has been hospitalized at the Martinsburg Veterans Medical Center for over five months had obtained a ground level apartment. With a move from his 2nd floor unit to the first floor, he would be able to be discharged to Community living. Due to his hospitalization, I had to act as a liaison although I reside in southern Maryland. After contacting DJ Movers, the company explained the contract policy and costs that were very reasonable. DJ maintained constant contact through regular texts to keep everyone updated. On the moving day, the team exhibited professionalism, expediency, diligence and very courteous while assisting our family to move. Unfortunately, an unexpected situation occurred with the apartment that was necessary to stop the unfinished move and reschedule on another day. DJ Moving Pros were very agreeable to rescheduling for a later date. When the team later returned, they again very courteous and professional. Our family would like to repeatedly express our appreciation and thanks to the entire staff of DJ Moving Pros."
