"If I could give this location a zero or -1 I would. I walked in looking for an overcoat, I was not greeted at all the entire time I was in the store, granted there were 3 employees and maybe one other customer inside. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I have to agree with the other reviewers that this location has certainly gone downhill. I’ve spent thousands here over the years and my favorite employee transferred out of state, unfortunately he took the best of MW customer service with him. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else like Jos A Bank a few miles away."

"Honestly a pathetic experience. Waited for 40 minutes (had an appointment for our wedding!!?) just for them to tell me they didn’t have any options for me to try on. Wasn’t paying attention, didn’t seem to care. Absolute waste of time. Literally 10 minute appointment, got nothing done. Will not be returning"

"Men' Wearhouse in general has really gone downhill. I recently posted a 1 star review of one in New Mexico a month ago. Corporate asked me to get in touch with them. I explained what happened and they granted me a credit. Recently moved to the DMV and came to this store this afternoon looking for gray sport jacket. Now prior to these recent experiences, whenever I came into a MW the employees I came into contact with always took the initiative, showing me what worked and what didn't. Today, when I went in, the employee who I came into contact with basically said "here are the jackets. Pick what you like." I had the exact same experience in New Mexico! Frankly, that's too lackadaisical for me. I tried my luck at Jos A. Bank three miles away. I walked in and out in 10 minutes. With a new gray sport jacket. For years I turned to Men's Wearhouse for all my formal menswear needs. Spent thousands of dollars. No more. They just lost a customer today."

"Terrible customer service. They are not only taking almost 2 months to work on minor tailoring, plus the manager was extremely rude and didn’t provide any solution AT ALL when I asked him if my order could be ready 1 week sooner. Instead he tried to blame it on US for not checking the “tailoring receipt” that we NEVER received. ***I do not recommend this store at all***"

"Not sure how to start this. I went in yesterday to look at options for black tuxedo. I asked if they had anything in my size. Mind you, I understand I'm a bigger guy, but the man who helped us stared at my stomach/chest and made unimaginably rude noises/faces indicating it would be hard to find something for me in my size. I was with my brother and we were stunned by the way he spoke to me about the seemingly insurmountable feat it would be to find a tux in my size. It was extremely hurtful and humiliating. Again, I understood it was going to be a slim chance of finding something perfectly in my size, but to be made to feel less than because of my size was shocking and a shameful customer service experience. Will never walk into this place again."
