"If you live in DC or Maryland. I advise you to not shop at this location DTLR in Alexandria Va. The staff is very unprofessional & rude. You ask for one size & they give you another. Very rude employees old and outdated shoes. I will find out where the corporate office is located and file a complaint because they saving shoes for there family members and giving people the wrong shoes. Than said my son wore the shoes. They brought the wrong size out on purpose. I did not have the shoes for one day and they would not take it back Do not shop here."
"When I walked in the store the employees were ready to help me and made sure I had a mask. Then when I actually found shoes I liked that weren’t in stock, a young lady offered to have them shipped to the store for me. This was excellent customer service. I have one small regret and that is not keeping my receipt because I asked if they could pull my recipe with my card number so I could exchange for something else and they weren’t able to. This won’t keep me from shopping there, it was an overall good experience. The young man who helped me was phenomenal as well!"
