"I had made reservations with another kennel in the area, but when I showed up to drop off my dog they were closed, despite several confirmation calls. Joan went above and beyond the call of duty, and really came through for me at the last minute. I didn't have to cancel my vacation! Joan sent me a picture message, which helped to sooth my first-time-boarder worries. Upon her return, my dog seemed happy and, best of all, tired from all the exercise! It's perhaps very slightly more expensive than some of the other kennels, but well worth all the love and attention your dog gets while you are gone. I highly recommend her, and would definitely board with her again!"
