"The associate told me they were closed at 6pm on December 23rd. The sign and Google stated they closed at 10. There is nothing special about December 23rd to justify closing 4 hours early. I needed last minute Christmas cards, but thanks for nothing."
"Very rude manager, goes off her feelings. She acts like she owns the store like calm down you just work there."
"Black Lady manager needs to learn How to talk to people. You can’t just tell someone not to come in cuz you’re feelings are hurt lol"
"They are putting out the fall merchandise and and craft items.... love, love love them."
"The new manager Tiffany is extremely unprofessional, rude, and unethical. The only time I witnessed her being professional is when there was another associate nearby. She talks on the phone while she’s ringing you up, she rushes you when your shopping, (especially if she’s stalking inventory, don’t even bother going in there!) from rolling her eyes, to making smart unnecessary remarks.. she really is a bad vibe unless she’s being babysat. After multiple unpleasant interactions with her, I called the store to complain a few times, hoping someone offers her more customer service training…One of the times I called she answered. After I expressed my concerns to her directly, and respectfully, she immaturely yelled that “she’s never rude” along with a few other things, before she hung up on me. Never once apologized, or took accountability…again I was respectful. I stopped going there for a while because of her attitude. A few weeks later when I return to the store, all of the cashiers (4 were present at the time.) rushed to the front of the store…like I was some criminal, or some kind of threat. Idk what she told them about me, but it had to have been an exaggeration/lie based on the sudden urgency when I walked in. The associates felt like they had to “protect” her from me, which is ridiculous!! I actually found it to be funny during that moment. I never mistreated any of the workers nor do I pose as a threat…. Anyways! I brushed it off, only to find out the following week that I’ve been banned along with my girlfriend, and her niece, who were with me that day. I will not allow the cattiness of this woman Tiffany to interfere with my right to shop the local family dollar. It’s unjustified, and based off of fabricated lies and gossip. I didn’t do anything wrong. I simply asked for respect. - This store belongs to the community, not you Tiffany. As a customer it’s partially my obligation to express my concerns when I feel I’m being mistreated… No one should be disrespected or made uncomfortable when shopping. I don’t have unreasonable expectations set for the store. However, being kind and showing tact doesn’t cost a thing. Also as a manager, she should be equipped with customer service skills that exceeds her own personal feelings … Her entire motive for banning me is based on pettiness, and her own personal feelings towards me. I consider it to be retaliation against my complaints, or maybe she’s intimidated by people who stick up for themselves ... Because again, I never disrespected her, or any of the other associates. I will be following up with the other managers, as well as the corporate office. I know it’s hard finding people that are willing to work these days, but excusing her behavior is not only bad for business, but also sucks for the people here in the community."
