"Much cleaner and more organized than the other Penn Avenue location. The staff is very friendly. Updated review: This store is never open on the weekends. Sometimes during the week they won't be open all day, they often close early. Employees rarely have store shirts on so it's difficult to identify who is actually working. Cashiers will be on the phone talking about inappropriate things."

"Customer service is terrible they were racist to whites and we got multiple things and they didn't give us a bag the 3 ppl ahead of got bags and she threw the stuff down at my gf and gave us attitude we have respect and gave nothing but kindness the whole time I will never use this store again"

"Love this store I work down the street they now close 30 minutes before 8. Which kinda sucks can you please update the hours online and on the door. I hate to take my break and walk down there when it’s says you guys are open but you are not. TLDR please update your hours they are wrong I guess"

"Using a cart with a pole attached that banged into a sign hanging from the ceiling than an industrial pipe attached to ceiling when I tried to turn around. I asked the clerk if I could detach the pole while I shopped (the hanging signs and industrial pipes were throughout the store). The clerk hollered "You're not allowed to remove the pole!" I responded, "Im afraid Im going to knock a sign down while I try to maneuver in the store. Im concerned it may hit me if it falls. I'll put the pole back on the cart when I check out." He responded, "You're not allowed to remove the pole, if it hits you, sue Family Dollar!" I left the store and will not return. Unbelievable"
