"this place is so amazing!! and the workers are so nice and kind. especially ella, she really helped me out today. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell or just shop. really nice environment:)"
"We visited this place on Sunday August 13th, 2023 and the first bad sign was that even though it closed at 5pm, the door was locked 7 minutes early. My wife went to the door and knocked to enter and the store associate was not very nice. As each minute went by she clocked my wife letting her know how much time was left. We've been here before and never had any issues, so we are not biased, just an unfortunate experience that may cause us not to go back. If we were able to get in to purchase the one shirt she needed 7 minutes earlier when the door was locked, we may have been able to finish on time, go figure!"
"Please don’t waste your time. This place discriminated against me. I brung items I couldn’t fit or didn’t look right on me. They all had tags. They gave me some lame excuse talking about they found minor issues when she didn’t I was monitoring the ladies while they looked through my items. All nice pieces and the highest piece I brung was a dress that was $120. This place is cheap and don’t wanna give you what your stuff is worth. They passed on all my items. I looked at the clothes the have in there and 1 piece had makeup on it so how can’t your take my items that are flawless!??? I really honestly think either the Caucasian girl thought I stole me items. I’m not bringing anything I wore. When I give things away I wore, I give those items to Donations. I took the bus all the way here for nothing. I had under armor, dkny, pretty little thing, Marshall’s, old navy, wild forest and more. You telling me you can’t take my items . Please don’t waste your time. I was trying to get rid of the items because they have been sitting in my closet. I’ll just sell them on Mercari."
"Good selection but frustrating selling experience. I’ve sold here before and sometimes it’s fine, other times it’s frustrating and unreliable. They give you an estimated time and it’s rarely accurate. I came in at ~1:10pm and they said I had to stay in store until 2pm if I wanted to sell, but they would prioritize mine. I didn’t want to buy anything and they don’t have any seating so I had to wait on a ledge because there’s nowhere else to go. I was still waiting by 2:10pm and people who were told they needed to come back at 2 were told they haven’t been gone through yet and either had to come back by 4 or bring their items back tomorrow. They starting going through it around 2:15pm. I understand they’re understaffed, but the manager needs to figure something out so this doesn’t happen again. It also seemed like they were rushing at the end and weren’t taking anything from anyone. Also, they have a lot of Shein items that sell for basically the same price as what you would get online which I feel like isn’t worth it."
