"GREAT SHOES but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This was my third try visiting this location. The first visit was fantastic. The gentleman there was so helpful and so sweet. The second and the third visit he was busy with other customer. The mature sales lady had to help me and wow, she had no service mind at all! She was blunt and unhelpful. I wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes that day but I lost all my patience from her dullness and bitterness. I am sad because I love SAS shoes so much and I don’t like buying shoes online. I have to go buy SAS shoes in Delaware from now. I will never ever go to this location again!"

"I went to SAS Comfort Shoes, as I am on my feet a lot and wanted to get comfortable shoes in my unusual size. The salesman was very attentive and helpful. They had plenty of my size shoe, which is great. The store specializes in SAS shoes (San Antonio Shoe brand), which is a comfort brand made in the USA. You may not win any fashion awards with these shoes, but they are comfortable and the line seems to be expanding their styles."
"The shoes are very expensive, but very worth it. My last pair lasted 7+years and were/are a dream to walk-in if you have joint issues. The sales representatives at this store have been in the business for years and take great pride in their work. They insist on fitting the shoe specifically for you and even (on the day I went in,) gave the new pair a quick finish. Overall, yes, the wallet may hurt; But you won't need to buy another pair of shoes (nor will you want to,) for several years. The only other downside is that once you have one pair, you will be far too spoiled for Payless Shoes as they will feel like cardboard compared to SAS. LOVE MY SHOES & THIS STORE!!"
