"The worst customer service ever. The delivery was left by the side of the road, but the inconsiderate driver had the nerve to still demand a signature. My delivery was treated like trash, and everyone I spoke with was rude and didn't care about providing the least amount of customer service. After being told on the phone that his driver did a good job, I was rudely asked if there was anything else I needed to end the call. I will be contacting FedEx Freight corporate office to file a complaint on the inconsiderate driver and the rude supervisor. Baltimore's FedEx Freight is the worst!"

"I missed a delivery. So I called to schedule it on Saturday. The service representative said it's set up. Then Saturday comes I call just to ensure all's well then I was told they're closed on Saturdays. Called two more times, got 2 different answers but all stated they don't deliver on saturdays. Very poor form."

"From Atlanta to Maryland took 9 days. They waist time calling to set up appointment once it reaches Baltimore scheduling it 3 days later then showed up 3 hours after store closed. This happened 3 nights in a row. The next shipment a week later took 4 days just to get to Baltimore. I arranged to pick it up at the terminal. They said it would be ready for me at 10:00am and I was there. Still sitting waiting for it to be pulled 1 hour later."
