"$44 before tip for a 10-mile ride from Penn Station to Mt. Washington in a taxi that wouldn't pass inspection at the last service station on earth. Draw your own conclusions."
"Call a ride, 1.5 hr wait, canceled 45 min later driver called. I WAS half way home on bus. Riding bus is hard for me.......but getting dark and cold.could wait any longer. Yellow cab no better, I had called them first and waited 1 1/2 hr. Then called above cab."
"Do not trust them they’re awful... I called them tonight for a ride and it took over an hour for them to get to my house. Not only that but the dispatcher lady was very rude when I tried to explain to her that I didn’t not get a call when the taxi driver pulled up to my house. Then she said “call another taxi service”. They’re rude and do not trust them because you won’t get to where you need to get them. I’m so pissed after tonight that I will be calling a manager tomorrow about the situation. You guys are a business there’s no excuse for that type of behavior."
"dreadful. ripped off big time. got short cab ride from Port to inner harbour hotel meter not adhered to at all and he charged us $35. the cost to airport is only $30. a much greater distance. city of baltimore shld do something about these guys"
"I took a Red Ball cab from the port of Baltimore to BWI airport. The driver never started the meter and when we arrived at the airport he stated the rate was $48. I thought this to be extremely high for such a short ride but paid it anyway assuming it was the flat rate for the ride between the port and BWI. I have since found that the flat rate between the two destinations to be $30. I was taken advantage of as a tourist to the Baltimore area. Not to mention the vehicle was filthy and mechanically barely made the trip. Avoid this rip off company at all costs. Lesson learned not to ever ride in a cab without the meter running or determine the flat rate ahead of time. If this wasn't a reason to switch to Uber I'm not sure what is."
