"They never fulfilled my call, and never contacted me to let me know it wouldn't be fulfilled. I'm between 2 83 offramps, it shouldn't be impossible to get a cab out on a Friday within an hour. At the very least, a follow-up would have been nice."

"I told whoever answered the phone the location to drop me off. I didn’t know the address so I gave them nearby “landmarks” I was brought to 2 different locations. Definitely will not travel with them again! The driver apologized it’s not his fault. It’s whoever’s answering the phone! I still have to pay for THEIR mistakes. The total came out to be almost 30 dollars when it should of been 15. Will use Uber next time. They charge 9 dollars."

"Called from a street corner in Fells Point, and they had to have an exact address, said they wouldn't pick up from a corner, even when we gave them street names. They then didn't know where a popular and large restaurant was, so we got the address. They then asked for our name and how long we could wait. Luckily for us there was another cab dropping someone off nearby. Worst cab company ever."

"Cab didn't show up for 25 minutes. No estimate-- just "if it doesn't show up in 20 minutes, call us back" Took forever for them to answer the call to even cancel it."
