"XPO Logistics didn’t complete my order. I ordered a LG washer & dryer from Sam’s Club back in September when I first moved into my new home. The package included delivery, installation, & Haul Away. It took almost 2 months just to receive my washer & dryer due to an address change. I remained very patient during that time. I just received washer & dryer as of last week & the delivery men that delivered it from XPO Logistics didn’t want to bring my washer & dryer upstairs to install it, so they left it in the garage. The delivery man told me I would need 4 people to bring my washer & dryer upstairs when 4 people won’t even fit on my steps at the same time. The delivery men should have been properly equipped to bring the washer & dryer upstairs for installation. This is completely unacceptable & has been a huge inconvenience because I still don’t have a working washer & dryer to use. I have already contacted XPO delivery to place in a complaint & already placed in a incident ticket with Sam’s Club on this subject matter."
"Had a treadmill delivery scheduled for last Wednesday and took the day off work to receive it. They missed the window and did not reach out to me. After calling their 800 number twice I got an after hours VM from them saying a truck had broke down and to call to reschedule. I've called an additional three times now. Every time the person I talk to can't reschedule, all they can do is send an email to the local office and request they call me. They are unable to give me a different number to call, can't transfer me to a manager. I have yet to receive a call to reschedule. To make things more fun I can't have my phone with me in work and there doesn't seem to be a way to change my phone number. UPDATE: XPO automatically rescheduled me for a day I could not receive the treadmill. I was able to move the delivery to a good day, but once again they did not show up. This time they sent us a notification that we were not home and a blank/black picture that was somehow supposed to prove this. We immediately called and were told there was nothing they could do, that the item was going back to the warehouse and that they'd contact us to reschedule."
"Have had to deal with this company a few times for different company deliveries. IKEA and Living Spaces. A $300 IKEA order was “delivered “ but not to my address. XPO claimed no responsibility for the misdelivery. Then for Living Spaces we got a 14 hour delivery window 6am-9pm. We had plans that evening so had to reschedule. By the time we rescheduled and received our order it was of course badly damaged in the box after being loaded and unloaded several times and had to return the item. It was supposed to be in foyer delivery but the driver wanted extra money on the side to do what was supposed to be included. Plus they also refused to take the boxes away. I had a return pickup scheduled and was given a time of 3:30-7:30pm. They arrived at 11:30am 3 hours ahead of schedule and of course we missed it. The call center is in India and they have no idea about anything. Luckily I had the number of the driver and he was able to turn around after calling about 50 times. In the meantime we had called corporate and got touch with 2 representatives obviously the call center is in India and they kept insisting the “delivery “ was still happening. No it’s a pickup. They then transferred me to the local warehouse where the guy on the phone tried to tell me they only have one delivery truck per state. He was the most incompetent of them all. During this call the driver that had turned around arrived, Thankfully item was picked up. Just like others have said if you have to get a delivery from them be prepared odds are it will be a hassle."
"The installer didn't speak well. So communication was very poor. The installer also refused to remove my old fridge (we paid for the service). The installer said the old fridge would not fit through the door but I was later able to get the old fridge out myself."
"For a "logistics" company, they are terrible at managing logistics and were incapable of providing the services I needed. I ordered a dishwasher and paid for installation and haul away of my old dishwasher. Got multiple email communications saying the dishwasher would be delivered one day. The day before, I received another email asking me to schedule delivery for the following week, which I did. There was no explanation and no way to reach anyone at the company to to talk to. When the dishwasher arrived, the delivery team said they could not install the dishwasher or haul away the old dishwasher and that I had to schedule a different team for another day, which I did. When the installation team arrived, they said they could not install the dishwasher because they were not licensed electricians and they didn't have any licensed electricians on staff."
