"Front desk staff was helpful and always able to answer any qurstion on the phone. Back warehouse.... not so much. The one forklift driver was NOT happy he had to load our few pallets into the box truck, complaining a few times. We regularly use box trucks so wasn't sure of the issue (maybe bc it wasn't a trailer?)"

"I had shipment from India which almost took 23 months Yes 23 months. Last Leg was OST after Explaining all the issues all they were worried about there cut. In and out charges added additional charge for credit card. Front desk was fine after payment went in the back there was a girl in a trailer who is supposed to release upon checking payment trailer inside with window with a sign do not knock waited for couple of minutes to get her attention she was busy texting someone (chatting). She needs basic customer service skills… I guess you get what you pay. Overall front desk and phone fine. Backend pick window bitter experience…"

"Forklift drivers are nice. Lunch break 12-1. Lot is very rough, lots of trash everywhere. Pretty junky place but they load quickly. Lady in office isn’t very nice."
