"Extremely rude manager. Was ready to purchase one if not two dresses, and accessories for a formal event I have coming up and ended up putting everything back. She has completely ruined my experience with Windsor. I will not return to this or any other locations. While I was trying on dresses my husband went to grab a few more for me. One dress in particular was hung up higher on a wall out of reach to anyone so he asked an employee to grab it down for him. Even said please and she looked at him and then walked away. He then asked again once she came back around and ignored him once again. Then I wanted to try on a dress that was on a mannequin and unfortunately it was the last one they had so I asked if I could try the one on the mannequin (having every intention to purchase it) and they responded by telling me their manager said they couldn’t take any off of the mannequins and I asked if she was there and of course it was the same employee who had been rude to my husband just minutes earlier. She came out and said “no, we not taking any dresses off the mannequin” like what? How are you going to advertise a dress, not have it, and then not allow anyone to try the last one your store has."
