"Went there for the first time today and bought a pair of jeans. The salesperson was very kind and let me know if I downloaded the app and registered then I'd get a discount. The discount was $30 off of $100, but the item I bought was $99. The salesperson advised the manager (who appeared to be new) that since it's only $1, it could be done with a manager override. The manager flatly stated "No" and told me to go to the clearance rack. I get it... but to not override $1 when you can is a little ridiculous to me and definitely not customer service. Since I wanted the pants, I found something for $8 that I'll never use, in order to get the $30 off. I will no longer shop at that location for sure... Stonebridge in Woodbridge..."
