Quality Inn near Mountain Creek

"The lady downstairs was kinda mean and rude. I went to her for help about our room card and she was like ok I'm doing breakfast. She said that in a rude tone It might have been because I was a child."

"I just called on the phone I asked do you have any rooms with a hot tub in the room? The lady said no and hung up on me immediately. So clearly I'm not getting a hotel here. Good luck people"

"Location is great because it's only 10 minutes from Mountain Creek and the room was clean and neat. The receptionist, however, was so rude and lacked hospitality. She does not know how to treat customers with respect as she gives you an attitude for simple requests."

"Clean lobby. Has mountain rustic look. Lobby is small but has a fireplace and seating. Very busy in winter due too proximity to Mountain Creek Ski resort. Approx 4 Miles away. Hotel does smell like curry!! If you have a room farther away from front desk hit water is kow"

"The hotel itself is not bad. The room was decent. The shower head water settings sucked and thats my only true complaing about the room. However the service was awful, both of the ladies I had interacted with at the front desk were extremely rude and just in general acted like they had 0 interest in speaking to me or hearing about anything I had to say. I had requested a later checkout which they did grant me but on the day of my checkout the door still locked at the original time instead of the time they themselves had agreed upon. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you have no other option."
