"The cleanliness of the room was seriously lacking. Unfortunate because the room was updated but dirty. New bed sheets and a good cleaning would do this place wonders. Would not stay here again."

"Love this place. You get what you pay for! Listen, I've stayed at this establishment several times over the last seven or so years when I needed to be in the Vernon / Mountain Creek Bike Park area. Have been at other places nearby too. YES IT'S MORE EXPENSIVE. But, it's really worth the extra cash - every stay I've had has been great. The rooms are newly furnished, the bed is super comfortable, the amenities are what you'd expect. The views are really nice, especially in the morning! It's quiet. Check in was easy. I always stay here if I can! Recommended!"

"What a cute little hotel! We had just come off the Appalachian Trail and wanted to stay in area for another evening. The location and price was perfect! Room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need for an evening. The view is beautiful. A couple of chairs outside to sit would have added to the experience. Quiet. Bed comfortable. Clean and crisp for the age of the property."

"We’re an LGBTQ+ couple traveling for work, we checked in late at night and we’re informed that checkout was at 10:30 (our booking confirm said 11:00, but we didn’t have the energy to argue at 12:30 at night, so we let that slide). Got to the room, it is bare bones, the bed just had sheets and a thin coverlet (inappropriate given how cold it is this time of year) and two pillows that were dead flat. From the dirt and dust gathered in the corners, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned between guest stays. Shower worked, but the interior showed signs of mold, so that was a little gross. But the biggest issue we had was that the owner and his wife decided to start cleaning out rooms at 9 am (after giving us direction that checkout was 10:30), and he tried to walk into our room! I was dressing at the time, and my partner was showering, and if the chain hadn’t been on the door, he would have just barged straight in! I yelled out “Excuse me!” and he shut the door, but the damage was done. Stay ruined. The owners have no “Do Not Disturb” signs, and felt that a simple apology was sufficient for the fright that it caused us. We paid $126 for a dirty room, poor sleep, and to have our privacy invaded"
