"This place is worse than covid. DON’T BELIEVE THE MULTIPLE GOOD RATINGS FROM THE SAME TWO PEOPLE. THEY MUST BE RELATIVES. They do nothing. They don’t address issues. They don’t answer calls. And when you finally get through on their antiquated phone system, they refuse to help. The owner Nicole said she would not deal with me because she perceived me to be angry. I was frustrated after being ignored for weeks. I wasn’t rude or vulgar. She was simply creating an excuse not to do anything— which would in fact make anyone angry. One added note: the system for paying monthly dues is a scam. They charge like $15 for direct deposit."

"If I could give Allure a NEGATIVE RATING I would. The office workers are horrible, the manager is joke. I've requested a call back for 6 months.... yes you read that correctly, 6 months. They do not call back. They do not fix problems with your property. I have requested basic repairs for over 6 months. I get no responses. I would recommend anyone to not get involved with this company at all. Nicole, the manager is always "not in the building" or "busy". So busy that six months of requests for a call back-- and she doesn't call back, ever."
