"This store use to be great. Not anymore. The staff they are hiring definitely doesn't understand "CUSTOMER SERVICE." I only go to this Old Navy if I need something quick. Outside of that I don't waste my time going here anymore. For the foot traffic that this store sees their merchandise is not up to the traffic coming in and out of the store. When I use to go there years ago, I use to know everyone, and everyone knew me because this is how frequently I shopped in the store. EVERYONE has left. And the ones that they replace them with are absolutely horrible. There was a muslin chick who was the absolute worse, I don't know where they found her, but her attitude was horrible. I have not seen her in a while so hopefully she is not there anymore."
"There was one cashier who was very rude to me she was in a muslim garment. I know everyone has a bad day but you shouldn't bring that to the work place. She was on her phone too."
"Idk what store sent me my package but I don’t appreciate them sending me jeans with the sensor still on them ! Great way to start thanksgiving with a pair of jeans I can’t wear now! And I have to go thru the hassle of taking them back to the store !"
