"The store manager was a blonde Caucasian middle age woman that definitely appeared to be the manager or supervisor (stated since a name was not given). She was snarky and rude I guess from being stressed over the fact that the register's card system failed forcing everyone in the store to make purchases with cash. We returned back to the store in less than 2 minutes after making our cash purchase since we realized we were overcharged for two items that weren't even in existence in our bags. Clearly a computer error. Waiting in line the snarkyness begins with her saying returns are not gunna happen since the system is down. Which honestly made 0 sense since we paid cash 2 minutes ago. Her telling us what can we do is don't lose the receipt since we will not receive a refund even if the store charged us for two ghost items. 0 empathy was given with her annoyed responses and now we're in a inconvenient position to have to return for an error on their end another day."

"H&M is a great place to get clothing with most of their selections changing from season to season. Most outfits are modest and the cost may range from $10 to $50 depending on which section you are in. PLEASE be careful of the signs above what seems like the clearance rack; it may say $8.99 but under it in really small print it will say "Items starting from $8.99". This means that you can unknowingly pick up a $30 pair of pants thinking they are $8.99. Besides that, the clothing store fulfills it's purpose of being a clothing store."
