"Saw a floor pillow that had obvious dirt and debris on the bottom and wanted to purchase. I figured I could just take a chance and get the removable piece dry cleaned for a wedding gift. I certainly wasn’t going to purchase a nasty product to give as a gift. The really nice cashier agreed and said it wouldn’t be a problem to take a few dollars off as she also pointed out the nastiness. She called for someone to take it off twice. The staff (I’m guessing manager) refused and when asked why she gave me the most ludicrous reason. It wasn’t clean and I knew just looking at me, she wasn’t approving it regardless. SHE didn’t want to offer anything off. I’ve shopped at this store as it’s local and have witnessed staff doing this for items with are scraped, broken, and/or can’t be cleaned. She refused to offer it to me and seemly was happy I refused. I’m not letting this one rest as I’m planning on taking this matter to corporate because if you do for one customer with the same issues, then practice a consistent policy."

"I'm giving this store five stars because out of all the chains in the Tri-State area, this has always been my number one stop and shop. It seems like they have a better variety of items to choose from. I am very happy that this chain is holding it down, because my other favorite place to shop was Kmart before they closed down next door."

"My wife found this snow globe and really wanted it. I went here after work and picked it up for her. But I noticed the snow globe broke off from the base. I went to checkout and asked if they could bring the price down lower for the damaged product. What I got initially was, “we will glue it for you and take 0.50 cents off.” Whatever right! As long as it’s fixed and I got something off. Then, after I paid, I’m waiting for the manager to glue it. I ask for an update. What I got in return was “if we glue it for you, we’ll charge you full price.” So after all that I’m still left with a damaged product for $14.46 when the original price was $15.00. What a joke. I usually go to the Marlton Location. Serves me right. Don’t recommend this place. Rude staff and undesirable management."
