"Store associates are inattentive! They sent me home with the wrong sized ring when I specifically asked that XS is too tight and that I need S. I asked the rep to hold the ring I tried on as I plan to browse the store some more before leaving. He instead put it in the pile with everything else and when I checked out he gave me the wrong sized ring! Mind you I live at least 3 hours away and sending this back for a exchange/return is such a big hassle . I am never buying from this branch again."

It was pretty insulting and uncomfortable. He wasn’t suggesting anything or asking questions he was just following us in a creepy/aggressive way. I already own two stunning bags that I bought in Paris, and for an upcoming wedding, I was planning to purchase the Slingback nude pumps. When my mom and I entered the store, a sales associate immediately assisted us. I confidently asked for sizes 7 and 7 1/2 in nude, expecting a quick transaction as I knew what I wanted. However, when I saw the black pumps in person, their classic beauty captured my heart, and I decided to go for the size 7 1/2 in black instead. Unfortunately, the associate's eye-rolling reaction made me feel uncomfortable and annoyed, leading me to reconsider my purchase. Like what?? It felt like he didn't want to be there and his tone was very condescending. I'll probably opt to buy the black pumps online instead, to avoid any further unpleasant experiences."
