"Not the best service and could potentially lead me to assume some things... Called a day (1/10/24) before to place 2 items (a medium and large sweater of the same model) on hold. The associate told me she did after I provided my name. Mind you, I live an hour away from the DC location. The next day, I opened the door and one of the associates who was around the corner to the right thus not seeing me at first, began to rush the door to say, "Welcome to Brooks Brothers!" but she abruptly stopped when she saw me and "Oh!". My assumption (which I hope isn't true) was her hesitancy began when she saw someone who, she believes, didn't "fit" the demographic of someone who wears BB. Taken aback, I walked in and, though I placed the items on hold, I decided to look for them on the racks in an attempt to avoid any contact/ conversation with the original associate. Luckily, I found the large but no medium. Went to try on; unfortunately too big. Begrudgingly, I then went and asked for the items on hold and was told neither were on hold, to which I responded, "I called and was told otherwise." Associate shrugged and I left. As someone who has a wardrobe that consists of approximately 40% of BB wears, this interaction confirmed that I'll never patronize BB again."
"We went to the Brooks Brothers store on Connecticut Avenue NW in Washington DC to purchase a blazer jacket for me. The Store Associate, Ms. Pari Hassani guided us and she was absolutely fantastic, a presence alongside us (my wife and I) second to none when it came to chosing my jacket. No pressure whatsoever, but it was one the best experience we ever had in a Brooks Brothers store, even though we have been a patron for over 40 years. Thank you Ms. Hassani for your kind and utterly professional presence today."
"I've been a Brooks Brothers enthusiast for many years. Living in close proximity to Tysons Corner, I've consistently shopped at the Tysons boutique. However, during my last visit, time was of the essence, and unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock β a fortunate turn of events as they directed me to the Cennecticut Avenue Washington DC branch. At the DC branch, I had the pleasure of meeting Ali, the Master Tailor. Ali proved to be a game-changer as he assisted me in acquiring not one, but two suits. His professionalism is truly exceptional, and his attitude is nothing short of amazing. The quality of his work is outstanding, making Brooks Brothers fortunate to have someone of Ali's caliber. I'm willing to go the extra mile, quite literally, by driving to DC for my Brooks Brothers purchases, all because of Ali. Thank you, Ali, for your exceptional work and commitment to customer satisfaction."
"I have been wearing Brooks clothes since I was twelve and went in this store on a Saturday when it was not busy to buy ties and maybe look for a new suit. There was a lady at the front door with a table folding clothes who greeted me but from there it was downhill. (She was still there when I left and said goodbye. Pretty strange.) I was in the store approximately 20 minutes. One salesman walked past me and glared without even speaking. Another did say hello, but as far as offering to wait on me, there was nothing. I picked out four ties over this period of time and looked around for suits but eventually decided that this store was too poorly run to deserve my business. My loyalty to Brooks is fading fast."
"I bought a trouser on the Brooks Brother's online store, but the length is too long. I bring it there and ask for the help for tailor it shorter. Tuck and Ian are really friendly to me and help tailor it to my leg length immediately. I spent probably 40 minutes there and it is done! Really good experience, but I thought if this store could have more staffs would be better. Every staff looks a bit busy."
