"This is a transportation company. I paid in advance. They sent me a confirm of my trip. They said they were going to send a final copy of a confirm as an "e-ticket". Never received it. I called on Sunday (5/30) because I was away from home and my computer to verify my trip. They said yes, we see your reservation and someone will call you back today and just before pickup to make sure you're still travelling. No calls. I called on the morning I was to fly out from Virginia and they said your trip has been cancelled and "didn't I get an e-mail?". I told them my computer was not with me. This almost caused me to miss my flight and thus potentially creating an employment issue for being AWOL from work. This also caused undue stress on my elderly family because they were overly worried about me. I got home and there were no e-mails. Also, no refunds either. This company should be heavily fined for undue duress, stress, and having to alter my plans rapidly."

"Great, safe, friendly, and punctual service to Dulles. Freddy is my go-to transportation for shuttle services to the airport. They’ve accommodated large and irregular luggage, and always provide direct communications with the driver coming for pickup, so there are never any worries. Skip the drive folks and focus on the trip. Thanks again Freddy!"

"This company has poor customer service. They take too long to confirm or decline a transport, which leaves my family making last minute plans. This is the second and last time that they have done this to us. I would NOT recommend."

"My Mom called this morning to get a driver for this afternoon from Fredericksburg to Dulles. I was unfortunately unable to take her myself and was worried that it would turn out to be a horrible experience with the driver being later or no-showing (I have heard of that happening with Uber). The driver, Jacob, texted her when he was about 20 minutes out to let us know his ETA. The vehicle was clean and Jacob was courteous and drove well. It is such a relief to know that everything went well. We will definitely be using this service for future trips that we make and will recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Jacob (and everyone else involved in scheduling)!"

"My experience with this company is beyond horrible. 3 months ago my family needed a ride from Fredericksburg to the airport. Non of our cars could fit 6 luggage bags, 3 carryons, and a stroller. I explained that to the company and they said they’ll send a car that will fit 3 people and all of our stuff. The day of travel came and they sent a small car that could barely fit 2 luggage bags in the trunk!! I called them to request a bigger car, they said they were out of them! My husband had to leave work, borrow our neighbors Lincoln SUV and drive them their. They almost missed their flight. All of that is not the worst part! I’m still waiting on my refund! Every time I call, they say they’re having trouble with their system. Last time I called they said they sent me a check! And till now (a month later) I haven’t received anything. Please do not contact them for any service. You will not get what you ask for and your money will be stolen. I will be seeking legal action if this issue does not get resolved."
