"A few of my Amazon returns have gone missing at this store. Make sure you keep your return receipts to claim your refund from Amazon!! Chasing your refund from Amazon is a frustrating & time consuming process if your packages are lost, as I have found out."

"Went 11/28 to ship a very large heavy package. I believe his name was Rasaan and he was super helpful. He was on the ball and helped me get it done. I also noticed 2 other guys who were getting them in and out as it was a very busy afternoon. Very pleased and will go again."

"Used their notary, scanning, guaranteed next day shipping service for remote mortgage closing in PA. Store staff was excellent, but my documents did not make it to PA the next day. Use FedEx if delivery is time sensitive, not UPS."

"I recently went to this location to return an Amazon package. Unfortunately, I did not have access to a printer to print out my return label. The associate at the counter was sweet and very professional, but she informed me there was $5 charge to email, print, and stick the label on my box. This took her less than 30 seconds. $5 is robbery for 30 seconds of a worker's time. I was told that the owner of all the UPS franchises in town are owned by the same person, and they all charge this robbery fee. Needless to say, I won't go to any of the stores in Fredericksburg. I should have waited and went to my normal store in Richmond. Skip out on these stores. Customers be warned and stay away from these crooked stores. Lesson learned."

"I have used this UPS Store in the past because it was on my way home from work and I knew I would not be home to sign for a package. So recently I called them up and asked them about Notary Services and I was told the person would be there from 9-5 tomorrow morning which was perfect. As you can see from the photos they offer other services like shipping products, printing, mail boxes, and of course shipping."
