"DONT SHOP HERE! never in my life did i have as terrible customer service from girls i did in here. It’s a bunch of young girls that really don’t care about anything, roll their eyes every chance they get. i bought a pair of pants for my sister for Christmas, they were just o short. i wanted just a refund, i’m not sure why that was we so hard, or so weird? I wasn’t greeted when i walked in. it may because i don’t look like the average white girl shopper, so know said anything to me. I asked to return the pants, and all the girls behind the counter there were like 4 of them just standing there. so apparently u can only exchange items or get them for store credit. Supper confused, when that’s not what it says online. I get being 18, but don’t work in retail.. literally worst group of girls and terrible store it was a mess boxes were everywhere"

"I love the clothes here with all my heart, they’re so cute and have good prices. But every time I go into this store, there are very odd workers. They sent everyone trying to come in away, saying the store was at max capacity, until there was probably me and 4 other customers inside. They thought it was funny, and continued not letting people in even though it was almost empty. It’s very rude, inconvenient, and strange behavior, and makes Brandy Melville a weird shopping experience."

"Employees were very very rude and unwelcoming. As a person who loves brandy clothes and always orders online, I was very unhappy to find out that the people working for the company were so rude. They told me I can’t buy clothes that were on the rack and had a tag. They were also rude to my friends who had a question. Do not recommend this store to anyone."

"Yesterday, I went to here with my boyfriend. The employees were quite unfriendly, discussing their next week work schedules kinda stuff loudly in front of me. While not terribly unprofessional, it wasn't the best experience. I wanted to try on a hoodie, but no one offered guidance to the fitting room apparently l was need help. Despite the staff being mostly young girls, their age doesn't justify unfriendliness."

"I was kinda paranoid going here because of the bad reviews, but it was fine. My only complaints are things they can’t really control, just a heads up: the location is small and gets crowded SUPER quick. I was in line for the dressing room for 20 minutes, approx. The ac was broken the day I went so being that close to other people in a tiny space was very uncomfortable. The employees were nice enough, not overly friendly, but not rude. Some small talk. The stuff there isn’t too pricey. Cute clothes. It’s mainly basics. I wish they had more graphic tees like the ones they have online. A lot of their tank tops don’t have adjustable straps, and many of their white tops are see through, (if you’re a brown girl like me it’s frustrating because your nips will show through). Pretty normal experience. I could go on and on about their funky sizing, but enough people have complained about it before me."
