"Right near city hall. Walking distance to so many places. Great rooms and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and very nicely upgraded. Perfect boutique hotel. As with any major city, parking is a challenge, but there’s a parking garage you can pay to use right across the street."

"We stayed here for a wedding, so it was quick in and out without much time in the room. Staff was friendly, the decor is cute. We ate brunch at the restaurant and the food was great, service was friendly, but for our table of 10 the food did not all come out at the same time. My biggest gripe is the room was DEFINITELY NOT clean. When I was packing up I found dirty towels stuffed in the drawer from previous people and then found this creepy plastic hand with ripped stockings under the bed. Needless to say, I left feeling dirty."

"The hotel boasts a good location, conveniently close to key attractions. I was particularly impressed by its stylish design. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to note the parking - the valet service is priced at $62 currently, and self-parking nearby is around $45."

"The manager at the front desk, Felicia Brown, who check me in displayed extremely rude behavior towards both me and my spouse. Right from the start, she didn't even greet us and spoke with a nasty attitude. When I requested some toothpaste, both my spouse and I heard her say, "if you wanna eat toothpaste, I can give you some." When we confronted her about this, she responded by saying that my spouse misheard "eat" instead of "need." However, using "need" after "wanna" doesn't make sense in this context. Moreover, that's not the main issue here. The real problem is that she was neither kind nor friendly towards us. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her attitude from the beginning, she threatened to cancel our booking and advised us to find another hotel. I have never encountered such disrespectful behavior from any Hilton staff before. When I requested to speak to someone and file a complaint, she claimed to be the manager. However, it is evident that she is not qualified for this position. As a gold member, I have never encountered a Hilton staff member like her. She was extremely rude and continuously made excuses instead of offering an apology. She has ruined our Christmas trip completely. We canceled the room and booked with the other hotel. I’d stop using Hilton hotels."

"I wish I could rate this hotel better. It is in a premium location in center city Philadelphia. But that’s where it ends. The hotel rooms are small, the AC did not work and thankfully they moved us to another room after two nights of a hot uncomfortable room. No one at the front door to help people in and out except for the valet. Their luggage carts are tiny and had a hard time making it over the landing at the front entrance. Valet? $62 a night snd took almost 30 minutes every day for them to get our car, and on check out it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my car. The staff are great they were extremely helpful and understanding with our autistic son. This hotel is good if you and a guest but for more than two people the rooms are very uncomfortable. I would have much preferred to stay at the Hampton Inn. There is nothing in this hotel that justifies the rate except for its location. I am sad to say that it is not worth it for us…we had such high hopes."
