"I had a very bad experience at this Chico. The sales rep Cindy was simply unprofessional. I took some clothes and anecklace to try in the changing room . She took my clothes but left the necklace at the register. As I was trying one of the top shirt I noticed that the necklace was not in the room. I calledfor hrlp but she didnt come by. I had to redress and walk outside andfindsnother necklace to try on. I told her that I wanted to try thenecklace with the top but she was simply rude and unprofessional. At the register I asked if there was any sales coming soon and she dryly said no. Well I bought over 300 dollars of goods and walked out. I was stressed out because of the lack of customer elservice and cindys sttitude. The next morning I got an email from Chico that all items were on sale. So the necklace that I paid 70 dollars for now was 30. I drove another 45 minutes in traffic and i was very upset that Cindy didn't tell me about this the day before. I told the manager about this and i hope that she sends Cindy for some customer service training."
