"On six different occasions now you guys have let me down. I made a reservation for 4:30 PM, at 2PM. You knew that you didn’t have any available cab in the area, you didn’t notify me, until I called at 4:20 PM. Then you told me that “ We don’t have any available cab in that area. You don’t have a reservation either. Do you need one now?” My wife missed her work schedule again, because of a very poor customer service. This is really frustrating and disappointing. I’m disappointed and hurt about this."

"If I could give them ZERO stars I would! They failed to show up to pick up my elderly father who uses call & ride service. This wasn’t the first time they did this. They told my dad they will be there on time (2pm) but at 2:30pm still nobody showed up! My dad had to use uber to get to his doctor’s appointment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAB COMPANY!!!"

"I had a not so great experience with Regency's dispatcher. My brother's job would be the one setting up rides for him with the taxi and the rides would pick him up fine. This morning, the driver called to let my brother know he is outside and my brother went around the townhouse complex to look for the taxi but no one was there. Eventually, my brother came back home and frustrated. My brother has an intellectual disability so I would step in calling the agency if there is anything wrong. I called to let them know what happened and they asked me to verify my address. They claimed my house was a single home and not a townhouse. I told the lady well I live in a townhouse, with a garage and at the intersection. In front of the church. I gave her details but the driver couldn't find us. Eventually, she changed the last digit of my house number and the driver found the townhouse. She said next time to put that house number instead of my real house number. I told the lady i'm not changing anything. That is my address and I live in that address. I've never had any problems with my brother's rides until today. The lady told me to "knock it off" because of me raising my voice. How could I not? I was just getting frustrated because it is my address and i live in this house. I'm not changing nothing. So yes, I came on here for a review about my experience. Update: I googled my address and unfortunately google does not show my townhouse anymore. So i can see why the lady said single house. However, I'm not changing the address when google has an issue. I clicked on the street view to see the house number says another number other than my own. I hope there is no more problems. But I'm not changing my address. I do not need extra problems in the future for myself or my disability brother."
