"Get a quote in writing before using this service. I was given a price over the phone for transporting 9 passengers to and from the airport but then charged $200 more than quoted even though I moved the pickup/drop-off location closer and reduced the driver wait time by 1-1/2 hours. When I questioned the charge I was told that the price I was given "was just an estimate" and the best they could do was give me a $30 credit.... The driver was polite and on time...."

"We were looking for a dependable driver to take my mother and father to and from medical appointments during COVID. We were looking for someone who took precautions and cleaning seriously to ensure my parents would be safe. We found a recommendation for James, and we are so glad we found him. He has been the most professional, warm, and caring individual we have encountered. He made my parents feel very comfortable, took care of them while getting to/from their apartment and doctors offices, and genuinely cared about them. My father now considers him a friend, and while he doesn’t like going the doctor, he loves getting to spend time chatting with James. When my mother was ill, James was the one who got her to the hospital and made sure she got into the building safely. He even called me to check in on her. And when she passed, he called with condolences. I’ve never even met him in person, and yet such a thoughtful gesture. We are so glad he came into our lives as someone we could truly entrust to ensure my parents safety - even when it meant waiting outside doctors offices so he was available the minute they came out. At a time when we’ve encountered so many people who really don’t care about customer service, James has restored our faith in people. He is a true professional, and a wonderful person.
