"The station was very clean, and the outdoor pickup/drop off area was nice. Sadly the light rail shuttle has not been operating here, but it is easy to get a cab. There was lots of space on the benches to spread out. They also have easy to use touch screen kiosks that you can use to manage your reservation. There were few staff members at the station, but it was not crowded. I took the Acela up to Baltimore, and it was a very seamless trip. It’s a great way to travel!"

"First time here...Quiet little Amtrak station...had to run to Philadelphia. Probably one tenth of NYC Penn Station. Staff was pleasant and helpful. You'll enjoy the quiet ease of the station. No manic hustling & bustling just travelers making their way to their destination."

It has more than enough seating areas for passengers waiting to board. The restrooms are well-maintained and clean with provision for both male and female. Taxi pick up and drop off points are available right in front of the building."
