"Rue 21 just lost out on a $100+ purchase of items from me. After walking the store and selecting my outfits for my Costa Rica vacation this coming Wednesday. I asked to try on my selections ( you know covid weight) an the lady behind the counter told me the fitting room was closed. I told her I'm going to Costa Rica next week and needed to try the clothes on before purchase. She still said no. I told her Francesca's (showing her my bag with my item I purchased from them ) let me try on my item. Let me add its a $58 dress that I will be wearing at the destination wedding of friends. I told her I'm not buying clothes I can not try on and left all my selections. Heading to H&M in the mall and then Target across the way."

"I was trying to order something online using a store credit, but when I had a remaining balance it wouldn’t let me use my card. It was saying I entered my card, so I checked all the information and it was all correct. So I try again, and gives me the same error, so I get off the computer and try on my phone. I enter the store credit card and it says that I now have a zero balance even though I didn’t order anything. I’ve never shopped at this store and at this point I never will. The only reason I was going to buy things is because I got shirts for Christmas from here and instead of money back, you get store credit"

"Love this place I can get clothes for my teen ,me and my husband!! Gotta love one stop shopping!! The price is very good. Only 4 stars cause its always a mess!! And cashiers are always spaced out and never know how to answer any of my questions."

"Fun, in style clothing at great prices. They run sales regularly, you can't beat their prices on shoes. That said this store is for on trend styles, so the clothing isn't made to be worn more than a few months. So yes, they won't last forever but that's reflected in the low prices and I'm ok with that as long as they last for the season. They offer a nice variety of plus sized clothing, even bras and panties for cheap! You can return online orders in the store without hassle as well. Overall nice store with friendly staff."
