"Let me summarize my experience meeting manager Darryle I walk into the Footlocker at the York Galleria and as soon as you approach the manager, everything starts to feel a little...off. The music in the store gets a bit louder, a fluorescent light flickers ominously overhead, and the manager himself is giving off some strange vibes. He's standing there, arms crossed and a frown on his face like he's sizing you up. You can't quite put your finger on it, but something just doesn't feel right. Suddenly, the manager starts speaking, but his words aren't making any sense. He's talking about the company policy, but you get the feeling that he doesn't really know what he's saying. Meanwhile, he's fiddling with a fake Rolex on his wrist - the ultimate symbol of wannabe luxury. You start to worry that if he's so reckless with his watch, he might be trying to sell you a fake shoe too. That's when you make your escape - turning on your heel and dashing out of the store before this bizarre encounter gets any weirder. As you exit, you can hear the manager's voice fading into the background, still rambling on about who knows what. But you don't look back - you've had enough excitement for one day!"

"Horrible customer service. Kayla (not sure if she’s a manager or not) is EXTREMELY rude every time I go into that store by constantly staring me down and giving me attitude when asking for a specific shoe. Just went in and wanted a few pairs of air forces and she cussed me out since I asked about more!! She deserves to be fired and she is a poor public representation of Footlocker as a brand. I’ve never experienced such an awful experience at any other retail store EVER!! As a former retail worker I can very safely say that is unacceptable customer service behavior."

"I have been calling the store since they have opened at 12pm I now one is answering. I went into the store on August 14th to get two pair of sneakers. They didn’t have the sizes I wanted so I asked to can it be ordered and sent to the the store he said yes it will be going on two weeks and no one has called me to let me know me order has came in!! I called the store 10x since 12pm that it has opened and no one wants to answer the phone."

"Best customer service experience I've had in a long time! Super friendly and helpful staff (a woman greeted us and started helping, then a male completed our order). Went in to exchange sneakers purchased online for a larger size. Asked for 11.5 in place of the 10.5 we'd ordered. She got a pair of 11's they had in another color just to be sure. They fit perfectly! Saved us from having to make a second exchange. They didn't have size 11 of the desired color in stock, so they quickly put in an order to have them shipped to my house. Would have cost $3 for shipping, but he informed me that if I signed up for their free VIP card, it would cost me nothing. Extremely quick and painless transaction."
