"Please Share , I Want Her Manager’s Number! So 4/10/22 , I’ve endured discrimination at its finest. The woman in the picture, She is the manager that was on duty for the past two days. She is a horrible person who has attempted to humiliate me for attempting to get ahead of identity theft. She discriminated against me by making officers, who I asked for assistance too kick me out of the store! I did not commit a crime but she made sure I was treated like the criminal! She allowed a transaction with my information to be processed in her store. She continuously stated she knew about the specific incident that took place but I never made the purchase from that store. She was very unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and did not care about the legitimacy of the criminal acts that took place. I’ve tried multiple times to find some type of resolution. I’ve asked for her name and information but was told by the police that they were not able to provide that information to me. I was also told that I would not get any other information regarding her boss. People will be held responsible and accountable for their actions!"

"Customer service is horrible. Been in twice and won't be back. First time I stood and waited while 3 employees just stood there talking. I was the only one in the store. When I finally got the young man to come over it only got worse. I asked for my size and all I got was a quick NO. Didn't even offer to look or ask if I was interested in another. Three young guys came in and it was like I wasn't still there. He went straight to help them. Obviously not a store for an older white man. No better luck on the 2nd trip.. .."

"Horrible experience. I ordered in 2 different occasions 2 pairs of sneakers. Received notifications that’s they were prepared for shipping and was given a tracking number. After 1 week of waiting recieved an email apologizing because my product wasn’t in stock. The most unorganized online system ever!"

"I'm pretty disappointed with champs because I know that they have quality products, but when I ordered my new retro 6 Jordan's something made me pretty mad! They told me it would 3-5 days until they arrived, but I took 10 and they still didn't show! I had called champs to then learn that they never shipped and weren't going to because they were out of stock even though at the time they had them! Champs never even bothered to call me about this information!"
