"I received the worst service ever in my life today. I walked into the store looking for a dress. It’s a last minute shop so kind of desperate and was ready to purchase anything that would fit. The store was empty and only 1 employee was working (which later she said she’s the owner). She didn’t welcome me or said anything. No big deal. As I was looking around, I asked her 2-3 questions about dresses and without even moving her head to look at what im asking about, she answered with 1 word answers. Obviously she didn’t want to leave where she was sitting/stand and wasn’t in the mood to be helpful one bit. Didn’t think much about it. Maybe she’s having a bad day. Then I found a dress I wanted to try, I asked for fitting room and she just pointed where it is. I went in, tried a dress. Realized the quality is horrible. I brought it back and put it exactly on the rack where it goes. Suddenly she finally moves her body and comes to investigate what I returned. She didn’t even ask if I needed any assistance. She just checked the dress then went back to her corner. I felt sick that she had no shame to check the dress right away after a customer tried it. Totally disgusted. I walked out after and on my way asked her if she’s the owner or worker. She said owner. I told her straight up I had bad experience and that it’s not cool of her to do what she did right in front of me. She said “okay” with a smirk on her face. First and last time I walk into her store. Ewwwww. Quality and service is disgusting"

"The store is very well organized and clean changing rooms. I would have given them 5 stars because of the customer service, the African American lady who was there was super nice. However, there weren't many sizes available so, minus one star for that."

"The Asian lady rushed me into buying a dress and because of that I didn’t get to read all the signs (which I guess could be my fault) and on the receipt it said that I couldn’t return the dress but I can exchange it, but when I went to go and try to return the dress and she said no, I tried to exchange it and she was so rude. And what’s more infuriating is I never touched the dress out of its garment bag once I brought it home, 0/5 will never shop there again."

"Very poor customer service. Sales Associate was not friendly (Caucasian female). Walked in the first time, no greetings. Left, came back still no greetings. It always the case, especially with her White employees, the black employees are always greeting no matter the race. It's sad that this store has nice clothes as much as the materials are very cheap, but you would expect the employees to be generous NOT! I would not recommend anyone anyone to shop there. These are the days of Trumps ppl displaying racism. If you want more consumers purchasing from this store, I recommend you retrain them. I'm done with this store."
